由一对返鄉青農所開設的青年旅店，女主人曾讀銘傳大學，曾在都市工作好一陣子，婚後返鄉伴隨先生務農種釋迦，因曾出外多年深知遊子的心情，故对來訪的遊客特别親切，因感念釋迦养活一家人及門牌57号所以取名4+(釋迦)57。本店採自助D i Y，無供餐需自理(有厨房)另幾凡洗衣机冰箱吹風机生活器具一應俱全，待客如故，很親切很健談，週遭生活机能便利，鬧中取靜，收費平實(5O0)離夜市，鉄花村都很近十分鐘内可到達。

老闆娘是年輕媽媽，人很親切，並且熱心引導我如何省錢有效率地抵達民宿；她一個人帶兩個孩子，感覺是很家庭式的民宿；樓下接待客人的客廳設計布置有咖啡廳的感覺；但可能會有小朋友的玩耍哭鬧聲，睡覺怕吵也許可帶耳塞。

I stayed in the dorm at this location and it was a great stay. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable new beds with individual lights and sockets, free use of hot water, drinking water, fridge, kitchen facilities, towels and hairdryer. The owners were so kind and spoke good english, she was very knowledgeable about the local area and showed me some great cycling trails. Location was good as it was in a quiet, residential street which is great for sleeping but the main Street was just a couple of minutes walk away. PX Mart and family mart are both on a few minutes from here too. Highly recommend this location!
