The room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and modern. It was quiet. I loved the bathroom which had a bathtub as well as a separate shower. The staff went out of their way to mail a parcel for me. The Chinese restaurant at the main hotel had delicious reasonable food with great service.

Firstly they did not have restaurant and asked to walk over to Sheraton to dinner. If I know this from the beginning I would have book my room in Sheraton. This place is far away from any restaurants. The next thing I did not like is. In the room you have hotel and there is four restaurant listed in it with phone number for in room dining. When you try these four numbers nothing is working. Please don’t fool customers.

Location is far enough away from airport that taxis were >USD12 one way. We booked this hotel because it advertises free shuttle from TPE airport but thats only half the truth. They provide a free shuttle but only ONE WAY, not return. After 15 long hours of travel, instead of a smooth check-in and straight to bed, the staff forced us to show them exactly where on their website we saw the claim of a free shuttle. We did show them yet their was no apology or compensation. This ordeal took more than half hour. Orchard Park - New Wing is a joke -- dont know whats new about the new wing! Hotel is shabby, in need of update. Also, no restaurant on site, and what little we saw of the neighbourhood seemed isolated and dead, with nothing open at night. NOTE: If youre looking for a hotel close to the airport, opt for the Novotel. While Novotel is more expensive, it truly offers a free shuttle BOTH WAYS, not a scammy one-way shuttle, and even then its barely a 5-min drive from the airport. Novotel has its faults but they are minor. Novotel facilities are modern, clean with relatively efficient staff.

Location is not close to the airport at all. I wanted breakfast and shuttle bus. They said in the web site, I didn’t get either of them for many reasons. The room was big but smelly, the windows are dirty. I do not go back to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Stayed there for 2 nights. Clean, comfortable ans great staff. Also was within walking distance to MRT station. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is fairly remote without access to public transportation except for a single bus line. So you need to cab it or rent a car. It is not as close to the HSR train station as youd think.Their shuttle bus gets you out (when you can fit your schedule into their limited departure times), but pick up costs extra (Uber is cheaper).And breakfast starts fairly late, when you need to get to the airport for a morning flight. Staff will not provide to-go boxes. Breakfast itself, while it has a large variety, tends to be a low quality/cold to cool.
