这是我常住的饭店。地点太好。离开大安捷运很近。生活机能方便。饭店的员工尤其柜台可蔼可亲。大厅旁还设咖啡机，英国茶和手工饼干。以及杂志。赞。

飯店在捷運旁邊，五分鐘步行路程，飯店小而美，一樓的休息室，有提供免費的手工餅乾和茶，咖啡，檸檬水。房間內的迎賓水果，和冰箱的飲料都是免費提供。二樓的早餐種類以這種商務型的飯店算不少。有健身房，三温暖，空中花園。有些房型，還可看到台北地標101。唯一覺得可以改善的，是飯店房間的兩邊窗簾沒有辦法互相覆蓋，所以早上會被陽光叫醒。相較費用而言，物超所值！

外場男服務員態度很差！原因……我是桃園機場司機,2016年6月17日下午約六點左右,我從桃園機場載一位大陸上海來的旅客到該酒店住宿,因6月17日是星期五,而當天又是下雨天,交通狀況很差！等我把旅客安全送到時,已經快八點了！當時我因內急！想跟該酒店借個廁所方便一下！于是我就問外場男服務員說……先生可以方便跟你借個廁所嗎？男服務員跟我說……本酒店的廁所不外借（而且態度還很差的說）！我載很多客戶到台北市各大飯店,還沒碰過服務人員態度這麼差的！如果有要入住該酒店的旅客！請你們再三考慮一下該酒店的服務態度？

My favorite place to stay during my work visits twice a year to Taiwan. Great staff, comfortable and clean room - very convenient to my business partners.

We appreciated the hotels meticulous cleanliness and the complementary coffee bar self-service on the ground floor. The staff was friendly without being overbearing, which made the stay quite comfortable and enjoyable.

Sufficient. Close to transportation and some good eats. Went out for breakfast the second day, so many choices close by.

Overall a good experience. Although only later did I realize it was not related to the Fullerton Group of hotels. During my room selection I indicated I had a baby below 1yo but they gave me an additional single bed which didn’t make sense. Although it was quickly resolved when I called the front desk. The breakfast was mediocre not a very big spread but decent I guess. It had the basics and a Chinese breakfast of sort. Located on the same side of the street n short walk from the train station with many convenience stores around was good so we could get late night snacks. Overall still an enjoyable stay.

Room did not have adjustable temperature. All rooms apparently set at 23C, which was too hot to sleep in. Had a terrible night of sleep as a result.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.Leider waren die warmen Speisen des Frühstücks großteils kalt.Der Straßenverkehr war verstärkt hörbar, was in einem Hotel in einer super Stadtlage aber nicht überraschend war und daher kein Manko darstellt. Dennoch könnten hier bessere Fenster für noch angenehmere Atmosphäre sorgen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer tollen Lage, welches man guten Gewissens empfehlen kann.

Its close to the metro station and great food places. The breakfast is great. The hot spring spa is a nice feature, but the water temperature of the hot spring is too high to enjoy. I think the night shift front desk staff was covered by the security guard, because he was totally unprofessional. He answered the front desk phone with just one word Wei with a tone sounds like What. He also got my in-room service order wrong. It was only 9:30 PM on a weekday, but the service quality dropped dramatically. I told the day shift front desk staff, they didnt seem to care much.

The lobby launge room is very cozy. I can enjoy a cup of cappuccino while chatting with friend. The sauna room is very nice as well. However, the hot tub temperature was set too high during my last stay. The fitness center does not look appealing and had some bad smell.

It was great but my only complaint is the AC, set it low but it was still a bit warm in the room. Didn’t get cold enough.

I always avoided walking on Fuxing S. road because of the elevated train. But there was no noise problem at this hotel. The room was well appointed, modern bathroom. And a small fruit basket in the room at check-in--a nice touch. They also had a few sodas and snacks for free in the fridge. Breakfast buffet was fine. Staff was very helpful. One rainy afternoon the doorman just handed me an umbrella without me asking, didnt have to sign it out. Just a few steps from Daan MRT station. I would gladly stay here again.

An sich gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet, leidet das Hotel massiv unter einem vermutlichen Installationsfehler: durch das gesamte Gebäude geht ein mehr oder weniger dröhnendes Vibrieren, das besonders im zuerst angebotenen Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk unerträglich war - vermutlich kommend von einer auf dem Dach montierten, aber nicht gepufferten Klimaanlage. Ganz oben konnte man es sogar im Boden fühlen.Die gesamte Südseite, sogar bis hinunter zum Empfang im EG ist davon betroffen und ich empfehle jedermann höchstens Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes mit mittleren Zimmernummern zu nehmen..z.B. x03 bis x06. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind überraschend gut gedämmt, so dass man die Metro kaum hört.

The hotel is within easy reach of Daan station and perfectly located for a business or sightseeing trip in Taipei. The twin deluxe roon was spacious for two people, and the 13 floor garden and bath are very relaxing, even though the street is often crowded and busy. The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful - excellent service. Breakfast varies from day to day and has a few veggie options, but Id recommend the vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the vicinity as alternative.I would recommend the hotel for a luxury weekend in Taipei.
