负面: 地理位置不错，很方便；因房间安排问题，第一晚住的四人房很赞. 正面: 第二晚住的双人房，浴室挡帘设计有待提高，水都溅到外面了.

大廳非常有設計感，有提供相關旅遊訊息，房間乾淨舒適人性化的設計，網路也很方便，最重要的是交通的便捷，我推薦出门旅遊洽工最佳的選擇

Absolutely great service! Thanks to the manager who able to arrange a free room upgrade with excellent service! You can have all you need inside the room and there’s a pc and printer at the lobby which is so convenient! Definitely will come back here again.

We arrived a lot early than the standard 3pm check in time. The receptionist was able to have a room ready for us to check into within the hour of our arrival. We had to pay for a half day rate unfortunately. We wanted to have a shower and clean up after an overnight flight but they only have toilet facility in the common area.After reading some reviews before arriving we knew the hotel was in a mix used building on Level 7 only. We were able to catch the train straight from the airport and getting off at Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station and navigating to exit 11 we found the hotel easily.The hotel is new and everything was very clean, little touches like USB charging port, Japanese style toilet seats, mouthwash. Location was great and easy to walk around Taipei.We would stay at Hej Taipei again if we return to Taipei.

Overall I love Hej Taipei! People are really helpful and friendly. I like the lounge area a lot. Great for meeting up with my friends and family for casual hangout. The only part I think can be improved is the bathroom in my room. The tub seems a bit high and the ceiling is very low on one side. Almost touching my head when taking shower. I suggest to make it a standing shower instead due to the low structure on the ceiling. Besides that, I will still recommend this hotel to friends!

Positive: Location: there is an entrance/exit of MRT station right in front of the hotel. Staff: front desk staff are friendly with fast check in and out process. Room: mine is the Standard Double Room without window, and as I requested it’s a 1 large double bed for me. The room is clean, quiet & bed is super large for just 1 person. I like the idea of “free” water bottle & soft drink inside the refrigerator, along with free snacks in the room. I will recommend this place to whoever visit Taipei, you will enjoy the great location with all shopping and restaurants, easy to get to MRT station, with comfort and Quiet room.. Negative: Not really, the hotel is inside the building at 7th floor, I was confused about how to get in, but there is an elevator under the hotel sign, take the elevator to 7th floor and it’s right there..

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants within the area. Room was clean and breakfast was decent for being free. Snacks available throughout the day and water and soft drinks are free in the room fridge. Some things to be aware of, hallways are dimly light and have several slopes so be careful when walking to your room. Bathtub is designed awkwardly with water spilling out from the back and front. We had to put towels around the tub to keep the bathroom floor dry. Also, please note this hotel has only one floor which is on the 7th floor of an office building. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

好意的: 松山空港からＭＲＴで３駅の忠孝復興駅なので、夜遅くチェックインしても便利です。駅からは地下道の１４番出口から出るとすぐです。ビルのワンフロアーがホテルになっていますが、コンパクトにまとまっていて、清潔です。部屋はバスタブにウオシュレットがついていて快適でした。平日のためか、ランクアップしてもらえて、広い部屋で更に快適でした。朝食はフロントの前のスペースに飲み物とパンと簡単なサラダなどが用意されていてよかったです。さらにパソコンとプリンターがあって、自由に使えるようになっていたので便利でした。.

Nice and convenient location. The room was comfortable but kind of tight for a family of four. The daily cleaning was a little on the sloppy side but tolerable. A negative is that the room doesn’t have a closet for people to hang their clothes. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel is 5mins walk to MRT. Its a business hotel occupying one floor within a office building. The room was sufficient with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but wasnt too bad. Overall an ok stay.

The hotel was overall good, great location. But ! every eveningI came back to the hotel, there were hairs on the floor. They never vacuum the floor when they make up the room for my entire stay.

Positive: The stay with Hej was a first for us. We never been Zhongxiao Fuxing District while in Taipei for a stay but it turns out great for us. The MRT was right below us that will lead you to the East Metro Mall. The location is 10-15 minutes train ride away from your shopping havens and attractions (Ximen, Daan, Taipei 101 etc.).. Negative: The bed was the only issue we had during our stay. Hard and stiff..
