The hospital is clean, modern and has facilities. The front desk staff are friendly and professional as are the nurses. The nursing staff are quite professional and friendly. However my one exp with a gyno there differed. I dont know if the doctor was in a bad mood or had a bad day but I feel that more care is given to women that are pregnant or with maternity issues. When I tried to ask questions or get more information about my internal medical issues .. Nothing was answered or simply ignored my question or bluntly dismissed it... I was ushered out there so fast..I didnt even get a referral to another specialist nothing which left me feeling upset and helpless. This wasnt my first visit either. So this exp was unusual coming from my reg doctor.I have been there many times.All this despite being able to communicate fluently in chinese. It’s a women’s hospital- all women’s needs / concerns should be taken into consideration not just only one part.bedside manners and the way you make a patient feel counts.我去看醫生因為我發現我脊背痛了。我問醫生請看一下。這不是第一次去看醫生。醫生已經知道我的歷史。我之前過去。這次我發現醫生好像看起來不情願幫我看一下。我問醫生好多問題但是都不回答我。我覺得真奇。醫生也沒有peform standard check up - no ultra sound.醫生以前有了所以我不明白為什麼醫生這次不用了。醫生告訴我應該去醫院看別的醫生。我問醫生那一部分，哪一個醫院？請介紹？可能是 endocrinology or oncology?醫生也不願意介紹醫生。醫生不回答我讓我緊張了所以怎麼辦？我不是醫生。我不知道為什麼痛了。我也希望我健康好。這地方是不是女醫院嗎？我覺得這醫院喜歡你們生孩子而已但是如果女士的健康不好 或不孕不願意幫你們。以後我不引薦。

讚啦！我太太剖腹產真心推薦陳光發醫師，剖腹產技術很好，又親切，術後傷口基本上看不太出來，而且該注意的都有注意。

很誇張 我妹去抽血完後痛到現在已經3天了，護士不知道是怎樣技術不好 護士抽血時好像角度不對插破到血管 ，現在害她不能工作，那天她打電話去問小姐還一副好像不關她的事一樣，我聽到都覺得太過分了，甚至連個道歉也沒有（？） 這就是現在護理師的素質嗎？

小孩子因為早產要申請保險，昨天晚上打電話到醫院詢問需要帶什麼文件，結果接電話的小姐不專業亂講一通，結果什麼都不能辦理，覺得貴醫院需要內部加強專業教育
