Unfortunately the hotel is in desperate shape - the rooms not soundproof at all - neither the windows nor to the corridor; if someone is above you youll also have very loud sound from water pipes.Evening inside fits the bad looking front of the hotel. They have a large restaurant area that didnt look like it would still be used.Downstairs they have a large spa area where you can see the paint coming from the ceiling. Furthermore in the bathes everything is rusty already making it a health risk (better dont hurt yourself in there). In the bathroom, the basin handle is leaking water. Hot water in the tub for shower is a matter of chance, sometimes I got some, sometimes it was just cold. The air conditioning made very loud noise so I had to switch it off at night. Wouldnt be good in summer... The only kind of maintained looking part was the sleeping area of the room. It was kind of a grandma style but with well maintained wooden floor and nice furniture. Plus, the room is really big and has a nice tiny balcony.Its really a pity to see the hotel in this shape because you can easily see how great it mustve been once when everything was new and in good condition. I really wish they can return to that because the staff is very nice and would deserve it. However, I guess it would be too much to do and nobody will spend the money anymore.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the staff asked us when we checked in (although it is expected they should know the booking details). In the morning on the second day, we revived a call from the reception at 11am (the check out time) saying that its time to check out and we told the staff we booked 2 nights; and then when we gotta go out from the hotel, the staff at the reception asked us to check out again. Its quite hard to understand that why the staffs keep asking us to check out but in fact I guess they can check the booking information on their own. We feel like a bit not respectful. But the condition is not bad at all.

Alright. A little more warm and welcoming reception would have done a good deal to improve review score instead of attempts to increase sales revenue through room upgrade thereby, not allowing us to check a bit earlier in at 1.30pm (official check in time is 3.00pm) in spite of room being ready (low period). A bit old fashioned hotel which may not be pleasant to many. The spa area in the basement floor however is clean and a number of spa water jets to play with, self controlled. Location is central in Jiaoxi town.

A family run affair. Nice enough, great in-house spar set up. Very run down. Good cheap place. Great neighborhood though breakfast is late start on the street.

Hotel looks very old. But the in hotel free hot spring / SPA is better than most 5 stars hotels. Rooms are big and comfortable as well.

The hotel is pretty old On positive side,. the rooms are big and there is a spa down stairs. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Was an overnight stay. Its an older building, but clean and friendly. Easy stroll around in town, to the bus stop and train station.

Extremely old n retro looking hotel exterior and lobby but rooms are big and decent looking which i didnt expect.Basement spa pool is interesting tho sign of age too.Not too bad location. Walking distant to railway station

Excellent say hotel staff very friendly but bed was too hard and they were very aggressive about the checkout time.

Nearby amenities such as park, convenient store, railway station, staff is nice.

Very good at this price. I like the spa especially.

I never though i will see a hotel running in the 60s managment and 60s setup this hotel NEEDS majur update is so run down but the price is not in the 60d!!!!!
