Its an interesting experience to have my hostel room as a tent. Pretty cool theme. Staff are just family member, very friendly. The facilities are clean and tidy. The room rate are very budget, super suitable for back packer and young traveller. The hostel is just 5 min from the metro station. Just a few station to Kaosiung International Airport. I arrived at Kaosiung at 11PM. The staff especially waited for me to check in at midnight, I few very welcome.There are lots of travel guides in the common that you can grab. They even provide free snack and super cheap drink in the soft drink shelf. However, even with the mattress, you can still feel the hard floor. For those who are used to very comfortable bed, you might not want to sleep here. But if you are like me, a budget travller, this hostel will definitely save you a whole lot of money. I will very likely to stay in PonPonWoo again next time when i come to kaosiung.

Didnt like too many rules. The timings that the air-con is turned on for the common area is limited.Bathroom is pretty good and spacious. Overall, this hostel focus on providing adequate privacy for guests, but lacks the layout and atmosphere for interaction among guests.

Not a big hotel, but cozy, with many little tent or hut to sleep in. Bathroom are okay, except you need to bring your own towel or buy one there. With computer you can use at the hangout area. New way to experience a stay at a hotel which is neat.

Great location, great service, great facilities. A good hostel to really rest without disturbance. Staff allow you to checkin early to deposit bag.
