隱身在咖啡廳的接待櫃台，沒有民宿名字，不容易找到，離羅東夜市很近。公寓式套房，一層一間，大又寬敞，電視配夜市美食很舒適。然而，可能因為冬天下雨潮濕，越晚感覺越冷，洗澡完依然有寒風刺骨的感受，躺進棉被更是一番折磨，覺得棉被不夠保暖有點薄，穿了2件衣服和襪子睡覺，才舒服許多。設計簡單，感覺是新開的旅店，沒有逃生標誌，打掃沒有注意小細節，床頭有灰塵。總體來說，算還不錯的民宿。

Located inside a small lane opposite a public wet market buildingIts like a family run apartment above shophouse. The shophouse is not fully in business make it very hard to imagine the check in counter is within the shop. Room are spacious and limited amenity provided. Only 2 shower towel with no hand towel provided. No soap or hand wash at the toilet wash basin area. Once shophouse is close for business, entry is only through the back lane (well lighted up at the lane at night). Location is near to night market with only a short walk of 2 mins. Basically is a quiet town.
