The staff was wonderful. Very helpful even though they didnt speak strong English. We were still able to communicate enough. The room was very clean which is what I mostly care about. Other than that, its not a 5 star resort so do not expect a Hilton. For the price its a great place to stay and Id stay there again. Its like a 10 minute walk from the Taipei Arena station. The Ubers would arrive to that location in less than 3 minutes. The area looks safe. I noticed there are a lot of parents and children in the area and it helped make me feel comfortable walking outside in the area.

Have been a regular at this property for quite a few years now and the staff still remember us and treat us warmly like old friends. I still love this property for its quaint location in the Little Europe of Taipei, otherwise known as the most coveted residential district in Taipei. I also love how the rooms are comfortable and spacious at such a reasonable price, with the beautiful lounge and kitchenette at the 2nd level of the hotel. Breakfast food at the hotel cafe has also improved by leaps and bounds-- the variety is very decent and the food is great.

The service is great. The building is quite old and well used. ts close to the airport which is convenient but limited restaurants later at night.

The hotel is not on the main roads, hence it is quite a walking distance to everything. The hotel needs to be renovated. The front desk service is friendly. Their complimentary breakfast selection was very limited.

The room is very big and has an extra toilet. There is a pantry and sitting area in the 1/F. We can see the Taipei 101 for the short walk.

Staying one night before departing from Songshan International Airport as its 5 mins away by taxi. Room size is decent and bed is comfortable.

A great stay as usual with friendly staff in a cosy neighbourhood. Its like home - so dont expect to be waited upon like in the Marriot, Hyatt or Intercontinental chains.

Lobby customers services were nice, but breakfast services is slow, one waitress attitude was rude when asked questions.

The room was spacious and a lot of light inside. Also the bath room was clean.

Convenient location, only 1.2km from Songshan airport, Small Lobby but a nice area on second floor for seating with family and friends.

Excellent price for the stay of 4 as a family ;excellent staff who understand and are accommodating to flight delays ave unexpected trip changes due to the delay and strike... only downside is the MRT stations are about 9 min away by walking
