兼顧一定旅遊水準前提下，觀光住宿質感性價比（CP值）相當高的旅店。軟體服務親切熱誠，會主動針對在台東地區停留的時程與旅遊主題而提供建議，出門逛完夜市回飯店就發現前台服務員已協助查詢觀光巴士明日班次時刻表以及最新天氣預報，感謝啊！硬體方面，旅店相關設施與房間設計規劃均比預期更好，應有盡有且質感不錯。周遭環境熱鬧採買方便，台東名產、日常用品、休閒服飾。徒步即可逛台東市區主要的餐飲娛樂觀光景點：正氣路與中華路周邊各式美食餐飲、台東夜市、鐵花村。擬赴台東轉運站搭乘「台灣好行」長途觀光巴士，輕裝背包也是徒步可抵達。提供自行車（還有親子車款），騎幾分鐘可到濱海公園欣賞日出，或是騎森林公園與台東市區自行車道。往後規劃到台東市旅遊，還會再來訂房！

在市區裡，有特約停車場，接待人員很用心介紹^^房間很不錯！早餐也好吃^^…小缺點：房內沒鏡子(只有浴室有)沒有小桌子可置物；室內拖鞋微發霉>

服務人員態度親切，房間舒適，早餐很不錯，地理位置在市中心，徒步即可到訪周邊著名美食。

地點很好, 在台東市熱鬧的中心. 附近有名的小吃店/名產店或夜市/濱海公園/鐵花村等都能走路到. 只是旅館說明上寫有停車位, 實際上停車位只有6格而無法停到, 只能停路邊停車格.

All the hotel staff tried their very best to make sure the guests are comfortable with our stays. The service is sincere, genuine and with personal touch. The location is superb, with nice food and night market etc, all within walking distance. I enjoy the cycling too.

The owner of the Hotel is extremely helpful & friendly. Gotten a upgrade of our room by the Hotel. Highly recommended to all.

The hotel owner is FANTASTIC! Pure hospitality! He took such a personal interest in us and made this a trip of a lifetime! He took care of everything for us. He made the stay by far the most pleasant we’ve ever had at any hotel or b&b. Thank you so much for everything sir!!! My only regret is not being able to tell him this in person before we left. He had a whole itinerary made up for us as we sat with him for a long time trying to figure out our next steps in our trip. I could go on and on. Thank you for making Green Island happen!—The Americans :)

Hotel staff rendered excellent service and are very friendly. Family room of 4 is of a decent size and can accommodate a baby cot. The only downside is that it doesnt come attached with a bathtub. Location is great too as there are lots of shops alongside the hotel, including Cosmed which comes in very handy as my in-laws had a tummy ache that very night and we could get medicine for her right outside the hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone going Taitung!

100% would recommend! Awesome location and amenities. The complimentary breakfast was really yummy! And Xian Yu is the MVP. He was super sweet and accommodating to my family. Definitely would come again!!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. We were welcomed with coffee and tea and given a room upgrade as we were staying more than three days. The manager spoke perfect English was was very helpful and gracious. We used the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding hot springs. The breakfasts were of a high standard and buffet style appealing to both local and international tastes.
