Los Angeles - CA.Ive been to Taiwan 5 times and never a bad experience.... Even for the rating on customer service at this hotel, I would give them 5 stars because they were very kind with my concerns and needs... With a genuine touch.The rating is more for accommodations. I understand the price to value. Dont expect lavish, they have what you need. This is more of a quick stop motel. Roaches and fleas or bed bugs. Had little bites on my leg along with my roommate. Just dont expect much... And you will be ok. I was OK. Just have had better.... Dude.. 標準的炮房，一進門都是煙味，你看評論一堆雞頭留言加line,停車自己處理，今晚4人房過夜2880，服務態度是還不錯，一切尚可！

感觉房间一般般和照片有很大差距，优点是位置还可以和可以12点退房

I really had a great time with my 5-day stay. The hotel was obviously undergoing some renovations but the service and place were still excellent.The room was neat and clean. I love the tub and the heater! The mini fridge and water dispenser were really plus points! :) (and the huge TV that stores a lot of movies and youtube app.) The location is very accessible to all your needs! (shopping centres, train station, food hubs etc).Communicating with the hotel staff was kinda difficult because they dont speak English, but simple non-verbal/sign languages will do.The place is tranquil because it is located on the 9th floor of a building though rooms are not really sound-proofed, never-the-less you will still enjoy the relaxing ambience of the room because of the good lighting, nice AC controls and good quality mattress.Tip: The pillows are really not that soft, i suggest you bring your own, especially if you have spine/cervical problems.Over all: 4/5 :)

雖為無人旅店，但是環境整潔住房乾淨，不過QR code的房門開啟系統還需加強

有出現3隻小小強、毛巾兩條各都有一點黃汙垢、牙膏沒提供（可能忘了補）、隔音不好，可聽到隔壁說話聲，但我受不了前房客留下的煙味，雖有處理，但還是ㄧ直有味道，因當日客滿也就沒要求換房。現場人員親切、服務主動、飯店環境明亮、高科計入住、很害怕鎖不能用、因為有時侯很難開、設備簡單周全。退房後，有體貼的寄物服務、但標示不明、難找、擔心不能開，雖然高科技但尚無法信任。

This room had roaches. It was dirty and the pics on the site is a scam. It is all photoshopped. I requested to check out and the wanted to charge me for the 4 days. Terrible service!!
