(Click for English review)前台人员很不负责任，放在床头的400泰币丢了(泰币是红色的 跟台币100有点像) 前台人员只是打电话问打扫人员有没有看见 然后跟我们说他没有看见。我们希望他们可以给一个更好的交代 可是前台却说我们没有证据 他也没看见 搞不好我们有没有丢都不知道 让我们不要侮辱打扫人员的人格 (是暗示我们自己说谎吗)。可是很明显我们锁了门 只有酒店的人员有钥匙进来 东西不会自己跑了。公平的说 房间挺干净的 免费早餐还不错 问前台人员旅游信息都有热情的回答。只有对丢钱这种责怪/怀疑顾客的处理方式非常不满意 最少应该调个摄影头看看有没有其他人进入房间什么的。就很随便的打电话问一下打扫人员 就开始推卸责任的指责顾客撒谎。所以如果大家一定要住这里 有重要的物品千万不要放房间里。房间没有保险箱 也没有 “请吾打扰”的牌子可以用。如果不要工作人员进来打扫要亲自跟前台说清楚.....Be aware! Very irresponsible receptionist! Somebody stole 400 Thai money from our room. When we told the reception, she simply call and ask the cleaning lady if she sees it, then told us she didnt see it and imply that we could be lying because nobody saw the money that got stolen. When we request further action, she ask us do not insult the cleaning ladys character?!?! But we lock the door so only hotel service personnel have key to go inside the room. Somebody stole it!! They should at least try to find out what is going on such as checking the security camera to see who else went inside the room but no action was taking at all. She just imply we could be lying and nobody saw the money that was stolen. Im really disappointed and insulted by how the reception handled the issue.To be fair, the room is clean and breakfast was good. When we ask receptionist about transportation and travel related questions, they were helpful.There is not security lock in the room for your valuables. And there is not DO NOT DISRUPT door sign for guest to use. So please bring all your valuable with you when you go out. Do not leave in the room.

A no-frills business hotel in Ximen in short. Location and price is the prime attraction of this property. Despite the appearance of the dilapidated building, the room interior is better than expected and the bathroom is modern and nicely renovated. Cleanliness is generally observed but for those who have low tolerance to unclean elements, this place might not meet your expectation.Breakfast is inadequate, with only toast, buns and some wieners and ham, but it should not be a big deal, since all kinds of breakfast items are available in the neighborhood. Internet is usable but not great for intensive usage.For frequent travelers who just need a bed and a private space, this place will do.

We stayed for four days here. Perfect location for all amenities. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but the area for dining was very small.

The people from the reception dont speak too much English and were not very happy when we told them that we need to park our rental car, even though we told them a couple of times before our arrival. On the website it says that there is a parking available and this is the main reason why we book this hotel, however, the parking isnt in the premises. You have to drive 2-3 blocks away, which is extremely stresfull if youre driving in Taipei. The elevator of the parking is extremely tight and its extremely difficult to park the car if you dont have a copilot supporting you. The room wasnt very clear. The only thing we like about the hotel was the location and that they have a storage room for your bags.

Great location, good housekeeping but breakfast was not great. Only 3 tables to sit at and I don’t enjoy standing up to eat. Not enough space and food very average - toast and buns, ham boiled egg and sausage. We decided to miss breakfast 2 mornings out of 5 even though we had paid for it.

The hotel is located in the heart of Ximending with convenient access to shopping and restaurants. However, the room I stayed was old and in desperate need of renovation. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was less than desirable. For those who only need a place to sleep after shopping and sightseeing, this property is adequate. You get what you pay for.

Feel very comfortable and warm for the whole 5 daysstaying! Satisfied with everything around! Absolutely will come again!

Good location, situated about 5 mins walk away from Ximen Exit 6. However, the cleanliness level needs improvement. The washed sheets had hairs of other people on them, and the housekeeping auntie was unhappy about our request to change another set (which eventually still had some fine hair on them). The room had cigarette smell when we entered. It is also very dusty. The toilet was the most pleasant, but it will be hard for tall people to stand and shower in the bath tub as the celling is quite short. My partner is 192cm and he almost hit the celling when standing on the bathtub. Breakfast wise was decent with steamed buns, ham and chicken frank, braised egg etc. Service from reception was ok.

Location is the best, in the middle of Xi men ting area. Lots of restaurants downstairs. The downside is the room we got, has minimum or near no sunlight. Also the room is quite small though. Overall, we liked the location. Much easier quicker access than the big hotels.

Room and bathroom is clean, clean room with balcony. Front counter staffs helpful and friendly. Great location for food and shopping in Ximending. However, hotel dont provide breakfast even free buffet breakfast mentioned during booking.

Check in: Found the room in the picture was not the room I paid for, so they say. But I could pay an extra 1600 NT$ for the other room. I declined. The room I had was ok, but window view was uhh building 5ft away. Yes dark and dirty view, so the curtains remained closed! The shower was amazing with great pressure and lasting hot water. And oh, wait for it, I could flush my toilet paper! Those whove stayed in other places will know what Im referring to. After 2 days of a 7 day stay they recognized our longstay and offer us a room with a view. Low and behold its the room in the picture. It had a view of 101 building and a balcony. But this room had a bathtub/shower combo. I preferred the shower, more room and my head wasnt 4 from ceiling. The bed in this room for some reason seemed smaller. Both rooms were quiet which was the great plus for this hotel. Overall it was clean but noticed on third day that they hadnt change the sheets in the 2nd room and it a day left it wasnt worth my time asking but did notice. So make sure if thats something that will bother you to ask. I just assumed they would change after a couple of days. Breakfast wasnt much and I wasnt expecting it to be so it was OK. Now my biggest disappointment was no iron, even upon request. Laundry was pay coin machines a block away.

I booked 3 nights, first night was a dissapointed day. We were arranged in a very messy floor. This floor are mostly occupied by permanant tenants. The whole floor was smoky wt cigarettes smell & was very dirty. The room they arranged for us the door knob at the grill was not working. The next day they changed us to a proper hotel floor. The room was better than the first night but unfortunately they use the room balcony as their storage area. They hv standing fan, table fan & tones of mineral water. The workers hv access to come in to do storage during day time. The front dest are not helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The lounge is a cozy place to do reading. But the breakfast variety not much.
