房間乾淨房價稍微偏高～服務人員及店長親切，有什麼問題都熱心處理～雖然沒有很好的體驗，但對于問題的熱忱及處理給予滿分的肯定～下次還會想去～

一樓餐廳佈置非常有當地的特色東西味道也很台灣味價格佛心真有點擔心他們會虧本今天點了餛飩湯以及水煮干連好吃！！

有落地窗可以看湖景,一大早可以看到有人在晨泳.

面日月潭的湖景房真的就是湖景第一排，日月潭景色一覽無遺，4人房空間算大乾淨度也不錯，以價格來說算很棒的房間

Lakefront boutique hotel, modern comforts and helpful staff with an English speaking manager. Across Ita Thao wharf which is a transpo hub to all other sights and beside yummy street food market we couldnt get enough of. Quirky souvenir shops all around. Spacious rooms, cushy beds and superb bath toiletries. Filling breakfast spread. Family friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and let us check in a few hours early and store our luggage for a couple hours after we checked out. Breakfast included a variety of tasty options. The location facing the pier was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Woher das Hotel 3,5 Sterne hat, ist ein Rätsel. Ich würde Expedia bitten zur Überprüfung.Als wir ankam, haben wir das Hotel überhaupt nicht gefunden, da wir dachten, dass es ein Straßenimbiss ist. Die Rezeption ist Mittel im Imbiss, wo man morgens auch frühstücken muss. Der Raum ist eigentlich ein Restaurant.Die Frau an der Rezeption hat verneigt, als ich meinen Namen genannt habe. Ich musste die Frau bitten zu überprüfen. Das war unprofessioneller Umgang mit Hotelgäste.Das Zimmer ist wie der Eindruck von der Rezeption billig, lieblos und spartanisch eingerichtet. Am schlimmsten war, dass man ständig ein Quietschen hörten. Es hörte sich so an, dass ein Zug in der Nähe vorbei fährt. Später haben wir festgestellt, dass das Geräusch vom Aufzug kam.Die ganze Nacht konnten wir maximal 3-4 Stunden schlafen. Morgens um 6:00 gings los mit der Küche und Tisch eindecken. Das Frühstück selbst war Katastrophe.Wir können nicht nachvollziehen wieso das Hotel so gute Bewertung hat. Keine Empfehlung von mir, Finger WEG!

The hotel room reminded us of a prison cell, narrow, with harsh, surveillance-like lighting, no pictures, and a tiny window giving out on junk yard. Then theres the noise: they installed a second wooden floor to put the beds on, and this acts like a drum amplifying the noise of guests walking upstairs--we almost went out of our minds by the pounding. As for the breakfast, which was delivered in buckets, the best description for it is grub. Parking is far away, and you have to drag all your luggage through the alleys. We fled the place after one night although wed pre-paid for a second night.

Everything in the room smell clean and brand new. There is even a nice big bath tub in the bathroom! I never regretted booking the room with a panorama view of the Sun Moon Lake which is a stone throw away from the hotel.Highly recommended for those who are visiting Sun Moon Lake and staying over.

New and spacious room with organic shower and shampoo. Its a stone throw to sun moon lake and some rooms do have the lake view.
