抵達旅店時正逢下大雨，服務人員出來協助撐傘、拿行李，另有專人開車引導先生至停車場停車並接先生回到飯店，專業、親切的服務令人印象深刻。進入房間後，整片湖景更讓人驚豔，在房裡就能坐擁美景，超讚！旅店位於伊達卲碼頭旁，鄰商店街，吃吃喝喝逛逛都超級方便。隔天早上的早餐套餐是送到房間，餐盒精緻、餐點和飲料都很好，邊賞湖景，邊享用美味早餐，真是幸福，下次到日月潭會想再次入住呢！超優的服務品質、超高的cp值呦！

櫃檯都是年輕人，但是客氣又親切；房間空間適中，明亮、景雖然有一片廣場，但躺在床上看去還不錯；就在碼頭邊，超方便；吹風機是達新牌，有點感人；早餐沙拉滿有誠意的；浴室門的方向比較礙事。整體是CP很好的住宿喜歡

At first I was disappointed with the lack of restaurants around and location, after having driven around the lake I found that this is the best location and best value for money. The cable car is not far away and it’s right next to the quayside for the ferries. The bed was too firm for me but the room was good size with balcony and clean. Breakfast was limited for foreigners, no cooking available, but adequate. Overall given the price of other hotels I think it presented good value and the staff were helpful. Parking is not at the hotel but not far away and staff will take you by scooter.

We got to the area late but the hotel sent someone to guide us to the parking lot. It was just a few minutes walk to the hotel passing many shops and eateries. Checkin was quick. Our room was on 7th floor and it had a big french window that opens to a balcony. The hotel was on the first row to the lake. It was late and dark but we could still see out to the pier. The next morning when the sun came out, the view was spectacular. We could see the boats on the pier and clear across to the far side of Sun Moon Lake. The breakfast room was on the 8th floor right on top of our room. The selection was all right but again the view was great. There are seats where you can sit by the window and enjoy the view while having breakfast. One of the server lady on duty that day can speak fluent Mandarin, Japanese and English. We arrived late so we really couldnt enjoy the area. All in all, it is a great hotel for me and my family. Would definitely like to come back.
