一個月前官網上訂2小床房,今天晚上7:30到酒店辦理入住, 给傷殘人士房間，即洗澡後浴室地板全濕的房, 非常不滿意! 然後要我加毎晚696台幣提升中房, 是騙案嗎？我並没要求偒殘人士低層房!

Overall experience at amba was pleasant and enjoyed. The location hits right centre of shopping malls, parks (perfect for morning run) and eateries. You can use the washing machine and water dispenser at Level2. Would love to go back!

Pros: Nice area with good restaurants around and close to transportationCons: So-so service and some rubber carpet/matting all throughout the entire hotel from outside the rooms to inside the rooms including the bathroom, in place of carpet/tile/wood. Feels ok, but can be rough on the feet if go barefoot which I do. Balcony view isnt great but ok. Huge bed and huge bathroom. Toilet door hits toilet cover, so it is a squeeze there but ok. Nicely appointed and I love the toggle switches for the electricity. Air conditioning was all in Chinese, and no matter which buttons I pressed, I could not get the temperature down or the air con to go higher. My room resulted in a higher temperature than the hallway outside my room.

Great, comfortable clean rooms with easy accessibility to public transport via short walks. Only issue was the pillows were way too soft though and just couldnt get the right position for myself.

Good for shopping and walk around.Nice staff with good service.However, the breakfast provided was not a good choice, not much choices for the buffet breakfast, if it is possible to decide by the guests that we need the breakfast or not would be much better!
