I dont know if it applied for me, i was really feeling comfortable and their service was so good. When i got there, they just didnt ask many stuffs, and i was able to go inside faster check-in 1 hour. They served some foods and even in the hotel had it. I had trip for 3days and this was the best.

Disappointed. First, the bathroom. Due to an issue with the glass doors of the shower (I suppose), they put a bathtub in the shower (with not proper drain pipe so the water is ending in the shower, see picture) and they hung the shower curtain to the former support of the shower doors (most of the rooms of the floor had a bathtub in the shower). When standing in the bathtub, my head was nearly touching the rain shower. Then in the corner of the bathroom you can see mold.Furniture are damaged and need maintenance.Employees were not friendly (the manager lady of the front desk was more than not friendly, she was limit impolite) except two employees at the front desk who were nice and the cleaning lady of the 1st floor who was very helpful ( she explained us how the washing machine was working only with the hands as she was only speaking Chinese).Good point: breakfast is ok, location is good, washing machines and dryers available.

Good experience overall. Cleanliness, bright, room might not bring very big but well layout for 1 guest. Breakfast spread is decent, loves the bacon!The lobby has ample seats n hot beverage. Very thoughtful act in this winter season.The hotel is not getting my 5th star, just because of the bath tub! The tub is beautiful but not too practical. Climbing in n out that tiny tub posed a little hazard. The rain shower was installed too low..

We were really pleased with our choice of Forward Hotel during our visit to Taipei. Extremely convenient as its just around the corner from the MRT station, and in a quiet area. Within walking distance is Creative 1914, worth visiting if you have a free hour or two. Good breakfast, welcoming staff, great value for money. Pocket WiFi available to rent helped us out a lot too.

The staff are friendly and nice. The room is clean though its small. The food is great. I am not hesitant to recommend this hotel. The location is near to the train station. It surrounded with restaurants. It is a perfect place for me.
