整體是4*。它是高級民宿(絕無貶意)而非酒店(應是最準確的描述)。服務：5*。3 位女員工很友善，貼心和殷勤。設施：4*。沒有升降機，對於使用大行李箱的遊客如我的會很不方便，不過這是民宿的常態。一位女服務員幫我把它拿上二樓的房間，我覺得頗為不好意思，結果我們一起把它拿了上房間。早餐的地方整潔，也算寬敞。房間：4.5*。我選的是classic lake view room，景觀非常好，5*。以房中的設備而言比較基本4*，印象中在床邊沒有可以把全房燈光熄滅的按紐(我只睡了一夜，希望沒有記錯)。浴室的洗頭水，護髮素和沐浴露是用Hermes 的(見照片)，很有趣。早餐是中等的3*-3.5*：評分是相對於5*酒店的同樣食物的水準(例如蛋)。另一方面，對於民宿而言，不應對食物苛求。寫下這些話，是力求作出一個適當和有參考性的評價。地點：5*。非常方便。價錢：4*。這店很cozy，我很喜歡，我希望店主見到這些文字，可以增加店子這方面的實力。對於不追求酒店的設施，不需要gym的人，她是是一個頗好的選擇。

優點：地點好，離碼頭交通老街都近，落地窗整片湖景很漂亮，房內裝潢新 漂亮 廁所也是，房間大缺點：3-5樓很像加蓋的（從外觀跟樓梯推測），沒電梯，沒人幫忙提行李，旅館外觀破舊，早餐不是自助，是一人一份像brunch那種（但味道不錯），晚上櫃檯沒留守，房間內廁所沒有門，隔音不好，熱水瓶裡面疑似發霉一點一點白白的，BI公用廁所沒補衛生紙。一晚雙人房五千多 cp值有待商榷，廁所是透明的 但有簾子可放下來

CP值很高，備品是Hermes ，多上住房平臺agoda or booking. com都可以住到很優惠價格。 面對日月潭美景，又是在水社碼頭鬧區旁。比較可惜的是停車只能停附近公有停車場，有包一晚的單進單出最長的停車費，如果還要去附近景點可能停車費要算一下划不划算。

住的房間質感跟網站上的照片差異度很大除了湖景房景美，床好睡之外，窗簾居然發霉～浴缸周邊磁磚破裂而且用矽膠補的地方超髒～馬桶還漏水出去陽台的拉門的橫桿也超髒根本沒清吧整個就是很失望也很不開心

房間很大，服务很热情，早餐也很好吃!

The room is clean, quiet, and have good view of the lake from our balcony. Must stay again next visit!

The man working was very friendly and helpful, but I only ever saw one person working and I think he was kept very busy. Two of the three times I went to reception it was unattended and I had to wait at least 5 mins for him to show up. I only booked a one night stay and had mixed feeling about this place. It’s in a great location and I had a very big room with everything I needed and a great view. However if you looked closely it was a bit rough around the edges; cracks in the ceiling, mould in the shower, lampshade hanging skew and loads of dust under the bed and on the couch and stairwell. I only mention these things because of the price I paid, which was the same as a night I paid for a 5 star hotel in central Taipei.

The views that the hotel offered were fantastic. The staff were very helpful with any questions. The property is starting to look a little worn around the edges.

Delicious breakfast n coffee. Good location, convenient for us as we r not driving. Staff is very helpful, helping us to figure out whether our route is feasible by check out the schedule for different transportation.

Strategically located right beside the port. Only few mins walk from bus station. Starbucks is right beside the building. Incredibly awesome view from the room! There was nothing much to explore at night so the best way to spend the night at sun moon lake is nothing but enjoying the lake view on a comfy couch in your cosy room! And you can even wake up to see sunrise in your bed! I hate that I only get to spend a night there. I’d definitely go back to sun moon lake for this room!

Ocean views across from balcony outside our room. Walk along the beach or relax maybe even see a Monkey possibly too. Very stylish spacious room with balcony quite luxurious complementary products to use. Gourmet breakfast the best so far in Taiwan including the best coffee too !!!Will be back for more nights next time as loved it here.

The location was very good. It was near many restaurants and the boat dock. But, Yuchi town is very small anyway. No heater just like many hotels in Taiwan. It may get cold during the winter.Cleanliness was okay. I would expect the hotel to be a lot cleaner for the price. All amenities seemed to be too old for the price.View was great.

Very old hotel, tiles cracked in a lot of places...feels like a dorm room... but the view is good. Breakfast is OK, will not come back though...

The view is beyond words!!! Great view!!!! The location is very convenient, just right at the habour. Excellent service and the breakfast is nice too.

Great amenities and good locatiion, just 1 minute away from the Shuishe pier. But room is a bit aged, toilet showing signs of mold.

The room with lake view was amazing. We could see sunrise from our balcony. Just that the air conditioner is not cold, quite hot to sleep at night.

Property is aged. Only plas point is room with direct lake view.

The hotel is located right in front of the lade so can have good view of the lake .
